Q2-What materials you are producing now?
A-We are producing white porcelain, durable porcelain, stoneware, new bone china. If you could not distinguish, please feel free to contact our salesman. Your questions will be answered within 24 hours.
Q3-Could I get a free sample?
A-Yes, you can. If it is our existing item, one piece sample is free for buyers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer’s account.
Q4-Can you make products as my requests?
A-Yes, we can open new mould according to customer's original sample and technical drawings.
Q5-How could I confirm order?
A-We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Sample time is about 3-7 days for existing items, 9-12 days for new mould items; delivery time will depend on specific item and your order quantity (about 30 days for a 20 feet container.)
Q6-How do you make quality control?
A-We will do 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing, taking pictures after packing.
Q7-Are your products food safety?
